Requesting a return
Email minidepotmodels@gmail.com with your order number before returning an item. We will provide the return instructions and address. Please do not send a parcel to the business contact address without confirmation.
Change-of-mind returns
You may request a change-of-mind return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused with all included parts. You pay return postage, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
For an accepted change-of-mind return, we refund the amount paid for the returned items. Original delivery charges are not refunded unless required by applicable law.
Damaged, missing, incorrect or faulty items
Email minidepotmodels@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Relevant photographs help us assess it, but you may contact us without photographs.
Depending on the issue and your applicable rights, the remedy may involve replacement parts, a replacement item or a refund. You do not have to accept replacement parts instead of a remedy you are legally entitled to. We reimburse reasonable return costs where required by applicable law.
Refunds
After we confirm that the refund conditions are met, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. Where applicable law requires an earlier refund, we will follow that requirement.
Your rights
The change-of-mind conditions and this policy do not limit your statutory rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming goods.
